Linda Haught's Fitness Club--DVD
Perfect! 10 & 17 yr old love it
This is a great program that fits into our homeschool day perfectly. It's not too long (22 minutes) and the kids love it. I appreciate that she is dressed modestly and itsn't so "in your face" with jibberish talking like other popular exercise dvd's for kids. I would suggest this for any family.

As the creator of this routine perhaps I should comment that Fitness Club was designed for Elementary-aged children. I included all of the movements the developmental specialists recommended children be able to perform by the time they exited third grade. It isn't just play time; it's physical education. Children my have to learn these moves and practice for a couple weeks, but I think it is profitable to their development. I do hope they have fun with it and learn to enjoy some classic tunes.P.S. Star ratings are required, so I'll give our producers 5.

I think it is good for some people looking for this type of music and workout, but it is not what I was looking for. I was looking for an upbeat type of excercise program to do with my children and was a little diappointed. The description says "high-energy workouts accompanied by bouncy music" and I have to disagree with that statement. My children didn't care for this DVD. I also think it is more geared for leg work. My shins and knees hurt after finishing this workout.

6 year old daughter loves this DVD. It has taken her some practice, but she can do most of it correctly now. Either way, she has fun, it keeps her moving, and I love the music and modest clothing.
