This album is so good!!
Lincoln Brewster plays electric guitar like no one!
The song Real life is so good! It really make me think about
the legacy I want to leave behind.
It is a good mixt of slow and fast songs.

One word sums up this cd
Awesome! I purchased this cd for one song, Reaching for You, but the entire cd is great. Can't wait until they offer, Reaching for You, on soundtrack. This song really touched my spirit, and reflects where I'm at right now in my own life. I love songs that speak to me. Lincoln Brewster does it again. He has had some out of this world worship and praise songs, not to mention he's a highly gifted guitar player.

Music For Everyone
Our family has a fairly diverse range of listening preferences, and itâÂÂs rare that we find a CD that the entire family enjoys. My little ones and I tend to enjoy music that is a bit âÂÂharderâ than my husband prefers, but even though Lincoln Brewster employs old-school electric guitar solos and riffs in his compositions, my husband still appreciates and enjoys the songs he has written.
This is our first Brewster album, though heâÂÂs been on the Christian music scene for some time. Clearly a seasoned musician and worship leader, Brewster provides solid musicianship with clear Christian themes that itâÂÂs nearly impossible not to âÂÂget intoâ as a believer. My first take on this disc is that BrewsterâÂÂs musical style is fairly straight forward, it is definitely electric-guitar heavy which always brings to mind âÂÂ80s rock, but thatâÂÂs not a bad thing in my mind.
The CD opens with some up-beat, get-inspired tracks that are always helpful to pop on when I have a project around the house I need to work on. Some of my favorites from the disc are the more melodic, thoughtful pieces: âÂÂMade For YouâÂÂ, âÂÂWhom Shall I Fearâ (includes Kari Jobe), and âÂÂMore Than Amazingâ which is arguably the âÂÂdonâÂÂt missâ track of the album.
âÂÂShout for Joyâ is an enthusiastic celebration of redemption through the love of God â very upbeat, and another not to be missed track. IâÂÂd like to see this track getting a lot of play in worship services, itâÂÂs accessible across the generations (not too guitar heavy) and so appreciative of GodâÂÂs nature â I love it.
My husband is SO picky when it comes to music, so I was so thankful when he said, âÂÂI like this guy, he writes nice songs.â That is high praise coming from him, so this CD will be in regular rotation as an album that everyone in our family can enjoy together!
