I love this Science curriculum. It is easily understood by the child and also easy for an educator to teach. It gives you ideas on how to add to the lesson and be creative and also implement science labs. For example, when we talked about colors I used food coloring in a lab exercise to let my children mix colors to find out what two colors mixed together would make.

My children used to ask me all kinds of questions thru out the day about Gods creation. This curriculum helped paint the pictures for them. They don't need to ask so many question anymore. They have been fed the word of God thru these books. And are teaching others what they've learned. God bless you for your help.

We are really enjoying Lifepac Science grade 1. The format is easy to use. The teacher's manual is very thorough. The curriculum is God honoring, and interesting. We also bought the experiments kit from www.homesciencetools.com My son enjoys Science and I am not into science, so this has been a blessing. You must buy and use the TM to get anything out of this program, as the TM's in all first grade Lifepacs have most of the meat of the program. The Lifepacs are just for a little introduction and practice in first grade.
