Life at The Pond: The Little Things: The Small Things 4 5 2 2

Great childrens movie! My children all love the pond dvds. This one is great because it really talks about responsibility. I love that I can sit and talk about the video with them and we can learn together. Many viewings of this will simply reinforce the lesson over and over which we all need so desperately! I am so thankful that there are great programs out there for my young children who range in age from 3mo-8years. I highly recommend any of The Pond dvds April 7, 2011

I was a little disappointed that The Little Things lesson wasn't very clear to my 5 and 3 year old. I had to stop the DVD and explain things like why the turtle was not taking care of his toys. And why there was a whole song from the turtle about not caring about his toys. I think they should have had more songs focused on the good, not the negative to reinforce the lesson better. But by the end of the DVD my 5 year old did get the lesson which is the point of buying it in the first place. So over all, not to bad. November 19, 2010
