StephanieMomof3Marshall,TXAge: 35-44Gender: female3 Stars Out Of 5It's ok.September 11, 2013StephanieMomof3Marshall,TXAge: 35-44Gender: femaleQuality: 4Value: 4Meets Expectations: 3I was hoping for better instruction in each lesson. (One lesson is about food groups, but the book never says exactly what determines what group a food goes in. It also refers to a picture at the right, but the only picture available would be on the opposite page and to the reader it is on the left.) I'm not overly impressed so far, but will continue to try the book. Although I feel next year I will be looking for another source for this type of class with my daughter.

Both my daughters have moved way beyond the scope of this book, and I feel that it would be better suited to a much younger child.
