Pat Matuszak is a freelance writer and editor. She is a mother of three and a former schoolteacher for grades one through twelve. Pat lives and golfs in Florida with her husband, John, and their two cats, Links and Putter. James Bernardin graduated from the Art Center College of Designing Pasadena, California, and was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Society of Illustrators. In addition to the best-selling The Legend of the Candy Cane, other books he has illustrated include The Legend of the Easter Egg. He lives with his family in Washington state.
