Stephen Obando is the director of Youth Specialties in Costa Rica. He has served as a youth pastor for more than 15 years and currently pastors the 'Christ is Coming' Church in Cartago, in Costa Rica. He is a graduate level Bible professor at the Central American Theological Seminary and a conference speaker at many leadership development events, both nationally and internationally. He is the author of a practical manual for youth counselors and pastoral counseling. He is married to Andrea and they have two children: Daniela and Diego. Ha sido pastor de jovenes por mas de 15 anos y actualmente pastorea la Iglesia Cristo Viene de Cartago en Costa Rica. Es un requerido conferencista en muchos eventos de entrenamiento a lideres, tanto nacionales como internacionales y autor del Manual practico para Consejeria Juvenil y Consejos desde el frente. Rafael Zelaya is part of the team at Youth Specialties in Costa Rica and supports the local church by organizing special events and activities. He has worked in youth ministry for almost 15 years and during that time he has had the privilege of serving many young people and adolescents, especially in the area of discipleship. He teaches English as a second language and loves working with the younger generations. He lives with his beloved wife Yessy.
