Annette Welliver5 Stars Out Of 5March 22, 2008Annette WelliverGood overall work from an organization that has done it right. Theologically sound. Good resources and practical checklist as well. Only critical comment is that it is designed for large churches. As such it has a lot of detail about a lot of different levels and more complexity. I would like to see suggestions for how smaller churches with maybe only one or a few full-time staff would go about developing leadership.
