This is a book that will bring you to a closer understanding of the Almighty. As a Christian, I knew these attributes of God, but it was a refreshing reminder.

I honestly have not finished reading this book; but what I have read, it causes the reader to think on the awesomeness and wonders of who God is. It is a solid read where the Christian can learn of the nature of God but even more to think on who He is. The author asks' the reader what comes to their mind when they think about God. It will make you think and challenge you to get out of the rut of religion and move you to want to draw close to the One who loves you so much.

A real must read for anyone wanting to better understand how god reveals himself, how thru the holy spirit his attributes come to mean so much about the true nature and wonder of God.

What can be said about A.W. Tozer? Brilliant? Inspired? He is that good. His works are that good. This is the second of his books that I have worked through and he brings me closer to the One he loved and the One I love. It is truly an amazing set of thoughts put down on paper. His style is dense, so be prepared to read him slowly and with thought, possibly even to reread him. Both of his works that I've read have been in a "study" format, which I find to be very helpful - almost as if he wrote them to be thought about from more angles than just one person could... Definitely worth looking in to if you want to realign and correct your thoughts on just "Who God Is?" Blessings, Jonathan

One hardly ever thinks of the nature of God as deep as this man takes you. For me personally, I have an ever greater sense of awe for the God of all Creation after reading this book.

I thought it was an easy enough read and I had a hard time putting it down. A very intense study and informative book. This is a book that I will read again and again! It has so much information on a subject that should be dear to all christians alike.

What insight Tozer had to know the need for this book in his day and ours! I am using it to teach a SS class about God's attributes and I can see us grow closer to him each lesson. It has helped me and my relationship with the great I AM.
