ChristianBook eBooks on the Sony Reader
To read a Christianbook.com licensed eBook on your Sony device, you will need to use Adobe Digital Editions.
Without using ADE, the Sony Reader will attempt to open eBooks with its own software, the Reader Library, and you may receive an error message.
To bypass the Sony Reader Library, return to the eBook portion of 'My Account' on our site, and click to download the eBook again.
When the Adobe Digital Editions installer comes up, click on 'Download Item.'
If you are downloading a DRM Protected eBook, you will be prompted to open or save the URLLINK.acsm. Click 'Save'.
Save the file to your Desktop for quick access later.
Right-click on the URLLINK file, then select 'Open With' and choose Adobe Digital Editions.
If Adobe Digital Editions is not in the list, click 'Choose Default Program' and then select Adobe Digital Editions from the list.
Your eBook will open and display in ADE.
Plug in your Sony Reader, which will now display its model number and not just as Sony Reader.
Now just click, drag and drop your eBook onto the Sony Reader icon.
You can now eject your Sony Reader, open up the Books library and your eBook is ready to read.

I felt it was extremely good value for the price. There are two CD's with 50 songs each on them. I loaded all the songs from each of the four books onto her mp3 player and she comes out every day singing about God....and she "gets it". It's like a Bible in song form and it is the best because song really gets the message into their hearts where it can't be stolen. The arrangements are wonderful! It combines a fairly inclusive range of old hymns and choruses in "kid style" and some songs I've never heard. My daughter sings these songs in playgrounds right in front of unbelievers and is a wonderful witness. I thank God for this book series! Now she is old enough to relate each story with the pictures and the song that belongs to it. By the way, the illustration are fabulous! After I tried this one for a few years, it got scratched and that's why I came to this site to rebuy it and found out there were more and so I bought the other three books along with this one!
DeAnn Bethune5 Stars Out Of 5April 23, 2010DeAnn BethuneI Love this book! I bought it in a Christian book store. It is a great tool for any Sunday School Teacher or parent who want to introduce God to their young child in a way that kids understand.Great Pictures, Short Stories, and CDs have children voices singing the songs! (Did I mention I love this book!!) *smile*
dania5 Stars Out Of 5February 2, 2010daniagreat devotional. we love it. have children 3 and 9 and both enjoy it. although the 9 year old can handle content that's a little deeper, she still enjoys this. they both love the songs. most of the songs on the 2 cds were ones i remember singing when i was young and so it's been fun to see them learn them and sing along. pictures are colorful and great. wording is easy for a child to understand. quite honestly there have even been times when the devotions have really spoken to me as well and yet i spend lots of time in the word and doing "grown up" devotionals. sometimes the simplicity of how the devotion is written is something we all need to hear. highly recommend.
Karen Tillman4 Stars Out Of 5October 6, 2009Karen TillmanIt's a cute book & the CDs are very good. A lot of great songs. But would have been a lot better w/the lyrics to the songs for the kids to sing along with.
