In fact, as soon as I got the book I was excited to start it. Lately, I've been feeling changes coming in my life and this book was just what I needed. I loved how the authors put in their own experiences- good and bad- throughout the book. I didn't feel preached at, but like I was having a Girls Lunch where we opened up. I plan to buy this book and read it again.
