I got this Bible for myself because I really liked my Mother-In-Laws Bible, she has the other version (The Full Life Study Bible) and I don't see that big of a difference. I wish it had the extras at the beginning where you could write stuff (you know dates and stuff) but that's ok, it's not a big deal. It's a very nice Bible. Study notes are really nice as well. I did notice that some of the print (black & red) on the pages does vary, some of the print is darker/lighter on the pages but it's not a big deal. You probably get that with all Bibles. It wouldn't be a reason for me not to get it. I would highly recommend this Bible.
Years ago I found a slightly used edition of this Bible in a used book store. I had a young Bible college student visiting my home and ended up giving it to him. I recently ordered another one and don't want to put it down. The notes are excellent and the leather is nice. The leather does not seem to be as soft as my original but I will just wear this one out and get it rebound. I find that the notes in this Bible are more extensive than other "pentecostal/charismatic" bibles. I do not attend a pentecostal church but I appreciate the notes because Don Stamps believed in the power of God. So many study notes today are written from a cessation standpoint.
l Love this Bible I have Had mind for a long time, this is the one that my Pastor uses , I also have purchased as gift for new members of my church, and now it's time to buy me a new one, I use mind so much it is falling apart, I would recommend that if you are an advent Bible reader the best one to get would be the leather cover I have the hard copy which is now falling apart so I recommend the leather cover
