Not as many "bells & whistles" as implied in the description. But if you want a good, basic version of the "good ol'" KJV Bible that is light enough to hold and carry, looks good and has good, lasting binding ... this is the Bible for you. Some of the notes are printed rather small so it seems pointless to included them if you NEED a Large Print Bible. But the main content of the Bible itself is easy to see and read and not too heavy to carry around and hold. Looks good, lasts long and good value too.
The leather is not bad, because it is not real leather so its ok for me. My only problem that I have with this bible, is that it states that it is large print. Well I have to tell you Christian book store the print in this bible is NOT large print. As I was going through the email that you sent to me I saw that you have a bible that is super giant print. So I guess this would have been the very big print that I needed. You should have a font showing the size of the lettering this would in sure you customers would get the right font size that they are looking for. I would recommend to friend only if they are not looking for a giant print bible.
I just want to express my disappointment not in the Holy Bible/King James Reference itself, but in the condition it was sent to me. For the price I paid for it I found it acceptable because I was more concerned with the contents. However, the back of the cover was torn, and I cannot believe someone sent it to me in that condition. As I first time customer I was not impressed and have not desire to shop with this Christian Book Store again. We as CHRISTIANS, are to do all things in excellence as unto God. I was very disappointed. The other book I ordered was in excellent shape. Under other normal circumstances I would have recommended this book to a friend but because of the condition in which the book was sent to me, I would not recommend it because they may just send them a product that is not acceptable. You need to take pride in your products. That torn bible should have never left the company. Thanks, Ms. Barbara
