It is a great blessing to listen to the Scriptures. Sometimes during the day, to set and just take in the truth helps to get your focus on the things of God rather than the cares of this world. At night, in bed, it sends you off to sleep in peace.

This KJV New Testament - Audio Bible on CD was purchased for a family member who is a shut-in diabetic. He has lost his ability to read and finds real joy in being able to again enjoy the inspiration of the Scriptures by listening to the CDs.

I was very impressed by the quality of the case that the CDs came in. The price was excellent and I love Alexander Scourby. The bonus is that I didn't wait long for the shipment to arrive since it shipped from Canada. No delays at the border.

I love Alexander Scourby's narration of the Bible. However, I have to agree with some of the other reviewers that it is a little disappointing that each book of the N.T. is not on it's own CD. In order to listen to one specific book you usually have to listen to the end of the previous book until it runs out, then the one you want starts to play. Overall, I'm still happy with this purchase and would recommend it.
