Excellent leather, excellent paper (all Bibles should be made with this paper), excellent wide margins. Now to the problems. First, the center-column translators notes are too small - smaller than any of my Bibles made by American publishers. Second, the "bold-figure cross reference system" is a poorly designed system imo. Instead of putting a little number or symbol by a word that has a center-column note, the reader has to keep checking the center-column and matching words from the text that are restated in the center-column and then reading the translator's note. A little number or symbol to alert the reader to a marginal note while reading the text would be so much better. Third, the ink used in printing the text sometimes fades towards the end of page headings and sentences. It may have just been the Bible I received, but there was also a whole sentence out of place in Psalms. Fourth, no red-letter edition available. I was expecting more for a Bible at this price. If the publisher fixes these things I would definitely consider buying again.

I miss the old style notation, dictionary and center marginal references. Overall the Bible is good, just not as helpful as my old Cambridge. The quality of cover, binding is excellent and I like the larger print. Giant print would be even better.
