The Word plus lots of great study features!
So much information in this book. Still learning how to use all the notes and like the larger print.

Wonderful Large Print
This book is so much more enjoyable with its large print. Makes studying easier on my eyes and ability to stay with it for a longer period of time. It is easier to follow and thus improves concentration.

By far, the best Bible I own
I am a serious student of Scripture and have at least a dozen or more study Bibles. By far, the Companion Bible is the best I own. I only regret not knowing about it sooner, as it is over 2,000 pp. full of notes on the meanings of the original languages and all their nuances. The scholar who did all the notes (originally in 1922) had to be a genius, and every page registers his abiding respect for its being God's Holy Word. The appendices alone are worth the price of the book ~ amazing scholarship. Just make sure you get the enlarged print edition.
