Publisher's Description

From India to England and across the United States, The Kingdom at War takes an exciting, comprehensive, and prophetic view of the structure and power of today’s church. In this expertly crafted teaching, you learn how the church—and you—have been given authority to overcome the enemy and see the establishment of the Kingdom of God in these last days.
"It was during a long fast that I first began to see that building the heavenly City of Jerusalem spiritually over a region or a particular physical city on earth was the means that God had given for powerfully advancing the Kingdom of God," writes the author whose life of prophecy and revelation has brought many to a deeper and more exciting relationship with God.
Revolutionary concepts thoroughly explored include:
  • How sickness and disease are linked to demonic activity
  • Building the heavenly City of Jerusalem
  • Waging war against the "foul spirit" of cancer
  • Seven gates that control how people think
  • Certain numbers in Scripture that have allegorical or prophetic meaning
The Kingdom at War lifts your vision into the heavenly realm battleground and declares that you will overcome all that stands in your way of becoming victorious as you gain a comprehensive picture of the glorious destiny God designed for you.

Editorial Reviews

"I can testify that implementing Alan Vincent’s teachings on this subject, with the revelation and demonstration of the Kingdom, have been instrumental in the continual growth of our church. I am a witness as to how the revelation and demonstration of the Kingdom can establish the sovereignty and lordship of the King of kings, Jesus!"    —Dr. Guillermo Maldonado

"It is in Agape that we will see signs and wonders and miracles—the power to transform and reform the pillars of our present day society. The Kingdom at War will, in my opinion, contribute greatly to our seeing the Kingdom revealed in power and glory."    —Bob Mumford

"This book expresses Alan Vincent’s heart: the Kingdom of God impacting our cities and nations in a tangible, practical way. The book you hold in your hand explains both of the biblical foundation and the practical implementation of the revelation that Alan has carried for the way the church in our cities should function. I have also had the privilege to implement a measure of this teaching in various cities and see it work."    —Franz Lippi

This book is a wonderful addition to the topic of spiritual warfare. As a manual for spiritual warfare, the author lays a rich foundation for the reader of principals as taught by Jesus to His disciples. One of the primary principals that are taught is for the intercessor/prayer warrior to first get a legal victory before actually going to war against demonic powers and that is done by learning who you are in Christ and the authority of our position in Christ and persisting until you see the answer. There is a wonderful refresher leading up to how to war against demonic strongholds.

I enjoyed reading the author's insight on Kingdom Government which has some wisdom that was new information to me. He challenges why our prayers for our cities are not having the impact that they should and outlines the church structure from a biblical point of view. Insight into how the early church structures were strong regional and apostolic centers.

The seven gates that must be taken back by the church are addressed with clear directives as to how it should be done before confronting major demonic principalities. It is a weighty portion of the book and is inspiring and encouraging for the reader to catch the burden of intercession. Highly recommended reading.
