This CD was very interesting i like the way that they combine a few screams here and there, but there is a reason that i didn't give them a 5, thats because as a guitar player i noticed that their singer has a "sharp" vioce and the guitars are "flat", when i say flat i don't mean that they sound terrible i just emphesize that there is two different sounds that don't quite match. They fix that problem with "Apparation of melodies" i would recomend that CD instead of this one, but all together their a real good band.
I don't own this yet or know the guys BUT, I know "Halelujah," "Pheonix with a Heartache," and "Moving Mountains are really good songs. You can feel their 'points' in Halelujah, they express that song so good that any1, if your in a bad mood or just wanna sing to God, that song definately helps. Kids in the Way...keep rockin'!!
Are there no Kids in the Way fans on this site? I mean this is only the fourth review for either of their albums. (Am I the only one who's going to end up reading this?) Is there any one out there who at least knows these guys exist???????
Kids in the Way is a rad band! Their music is filled with energy and passion, and the lyrics are meaningful and honest. I highly recommend this cd to fans of rock/punk who want something deeper than songs about boy/girl relationships. Rock on, Kids in the Way!
