BJU K5 Beginnings Reader Set, Second Edition 4 5 1 1

These readers are so precious! They are designed perfectly to captivate our little people. They are colorful and support the Beginnings program very well. My complaint? They aren't challenging enough. One reader (consisting of anywhere from 6-20 sentences) is supposed to be re-read for a full five school days. It's great for K5's that struggle with reading, but for those that don't, it has potential to be boring. My suggestion? Supplement with Christian Liberty Press Phonics Readers. June 18, 2008
