This book is so great that I could read it over and over again. It provides such peace and gives you a new way of looking at things. I feel that it is an excellent way of spending your time and helps you grow and adapt to certain situations. it helps you look at things in a new healthier light an teaches you to rely more on building your faith an trust in God.

Great companion to Calm my Anxious heart
This is must. It really helps you think through the book, gives you a memory verse for you to be thankful for and to pray for life. Very helpful

It was just as I hoped it would be. The quality of the journal is outstanding. The faint lines have enought space that you can actually write normally. The paper quality is outstanding as well. The overall look of the journal is pleasing to the eyes. I would indeed recommend the Companion Journal. I also HIGHLY recommend Christianbook.com I have since placed 2 more orders and I am preparing my wishlist and getting gifts for my family and friends for Christmas. I know that I will not be disappointed.

I bought this journal as a companion to Calm My Anxious Heart. By reviewing what I've learned in the book and then transferring it to my own words in the journal, it helps me grasp (and hopefully retain) the peace that God offers in His Word.
