Editorial Reviews

Reviews in Religion and Theology
“This book bristles with elegant argumentation, profound reflections, and beautiful insights, and offers an excellent and accessible introduction to the subtle richness of Ratzinger’s thought.”

Catholic Library World
“This definitive collection of essays speaks to the Church’s witness to truth, giving clear direction to the world on issues that have been twisted to accommodate a ‘modern’ society. These teachings are not simply for the faithful, but for all humanity, and Ratzinger gives thought-provoking, historical and scientifically based reasoning behind each truth revealed. . . . This work is essential for all academic libraries and is highly recommended for public libraries."

Living Church
“A distinguished collection.”
