The first set had a problem, when I called, was told it was on back order and would be shipped as soon as it came in stock. This was done, no questions, no problems. Good gift for a boy My son beg me to buy these Communicator Watches for Christmas. He was very happy to paly with them, He gave one to his best friend, who lives few houses down and they talk every day after school. He can really use them as a watch, as is too big for his hand(he is 7 years old). I think is a good toy, product that is worth the money. January 8, 2012
