Each lesson topic is very relevant to Christians seeking spiritual growth. I like the intro to each lesson. The discussion points include self discovery and application of the lessons learned. I wish Ron Blankley would write more Bible study guides like this one.

We've been using the Lifeguide studies for several years in a small group. They serve us very well. John's Letters may be a bit easier to study than some of the others in the series, but may be harder to apply--- "to walk as Jesus walked" --- WOW!

At this time we are using 'John's Letter" in our Wednesday night Bible study. It has been a wonderful study. The class is growing due to interest in the study especially for a church such as ourselves going through spiritual warfare at this time. Pray for us.

Our Bible study has recently changed from a different series to this one. This will be our second book (we just completed Ephesians). We like the questions, especially the progression from simple to more complex and the application activities are also very meaningful.
