I enjoyed it, even though I was pretty sure of the outcome from the beginning.

I was expecting something different from Gilbert Morris, I guess. It was a good plot, but I just thought it could be a little bit more realistic. A little too corny. An easy, light read that is fine for entertainment.

Another great book about our pioneer history. You get a real taste of the culture, hardships, personalities, and hopes. It makes you feel like you are riding along with them. Great book.

It was light reading and entertaining. I enjoyed it, although there were some similarities to other books I have read. I would recommend it for anyone who doesn't want anything too intense.

The story had good potential, but it was so similar to the other two books of Morris' Wagon Wheel Series. Many of the characters, plot twists and details are almost identical to the previous two books. If I had not read the two previous books, it would have been a great read.
