I LOVE this Bible. I try to read it with my kids everyday. The stories are easy to understand and it does a beautiful job of tying Jesus into every story in the Bible, both Old and New Testaments. My kids love it and I am encouraged every time I read it with them.

This is one of the best children story book bible I have come to read. Good even for adults since many today tend to miss the point on what the Bible is essentially all about. Highly recommended as Jesus takes His rightful place in this book.

This is by far the best children's Bible story book out there. There is a review that states that Sally Lloyd-Jones made an error in the story of Abraham and Isaac. The reviewer said that the author erred in saying Isaac was Abraham's only son and that it was not Biblical. It is in the Bible,Genesis 22:2, And He said,"Take now your son, your only son,..."(NAS). It is true every story whispers Jesus' name. An excellent book for young and old alike. I'm 53 and just love listening to these well told stories. I am going to use this book as a means of witnessing. The book really shows the heart of God and why He gave us the Bible. Just an excellent book!

I love this book..Even though it is written for children, I love reading it for myself. I am a Gramma and cannot read some of the stories without tears coming to my eyes about how much our Wonderful Saviour loves us.

This is the best Bible Story book I have ever read, for adults as well as kids. I have ordered and given away multiple copies, read parts of it to any adult who would listen. My granddaughter age 6 came to visit. Everyday she insisted I read to her from this book. We finished the whole Bible from Genesis to Revelation in a week! And now she knows that the Bible is all about Jesus and that God loves her!

Definitely the best children's bible I have had the pleasure of reading to my children and clearly by their response the best they have heard! I love the way Jesus is the central thread to it which I believe is the heart of God's word to us. When we finished it my youngest daughter made the decision from her heart to make a commitment of her life to the Lord. I believe firmly that this book is God inspired and would recommend it to all Christian parents of young children. Beautiful!

    Tell us a little about yourself.  I am a British born children's book writer living in New York City. I came to the States from the UK in 1989--just for a year. I"m still here. I have worked for several years as the publisher of Christian Children's Books for Reader's Digest before leaving in 2000 to write full time.     What was your motivation behind this project?  I wrote this so children could know that God is for them and loves them with a Never Stopping, Never Giving up, Unbreaking, Always and Forever Love.
