Author Bio

Andreas Schuele is Aubrey Lee Brooks Professor of Biblical Theology at Union Theological Seminary and Presbyterian School of Christian Education in Richmond, Virginia. He has written and edited many books, most recently an historical-religious study of the Balaam story (Numbers 22-24) and an historical exegesis on the Primeval History (Genesis 1-11) as prologue of the Hebrew Bible. Guenter Thomas is Chair for Systematic Theology, Ethics, and Fundamental Theology of the Faculty of Protestant Theology at Ruhr-Universitt Bochum, Germany.
