We examined this text and found it's material to be confusing. Instead of learning more grammar we felt like it presented an alternate way to learn grammar. Maybe it's personal preference, but we like a text with clearcut goals and logical progression.

This is a great program. After using Christian Liberty Press for several years we rounded out Grammar with this work text. Use this along with Jensen's Format Writing and you will have a complete high school English program. I would caution that this is not an easy text, so I would not try it with a 12 yr.old unless the child was really advanced in the subject.
