Michelle Lesley graduated from LSU with a degree in child and adolescent psychology and did her masters work in family counseling. She has always used writing as a creative outlet. Journaling led her into a deeper and more intimate relationship with God, and out of these journals grew her first book, a womens Bible study on the life of Jacob. Passionate about prayer, Michelle serves as the Associational Prayer Coordinator for the greater Baton Rouge area, working with over 100 churches and pastors to increase corporate prayer. She also sings on the praise team at her church, assists her husband with his duties as minister of music, and home schools her three youngest children.
