Professor of Religion at Reinhardt College, a United Methodist university, in Waleska, Georgia, is a United Methodist elder and has experience teaching in USA and Latin America. Dr. Martinez is founder of LAOS - Latinos on to Serve.

Dr. Aquiles E. Martnez es profesor asociado de religin en Reinhardt College, Waleska, Georgia, donde reside. Tambin es un ministro ordenado de la Iglesia Metodista Unida y tiene amplia experiencia pastoral y docente tanto en Amrica Latina como en Estados Unidos. Venezolano de origen, hizo sus primeros estudios en su pas natal. Despus obtuvo una doble maestra en Illinois y recibi su PH.D. de la Universidad de Denver/Illif School of Theology, con especializacin en Nuevo Testamento.
