The syllabus requires that we have a good bible dictionary. Since I already own the New Interperters Bible, I decided to try the New Interperters Dictionary of the Bible. Between the two, I have not been let down. Readable, easily navigated, and perfect for a seminarian. Would make a great Christmas or birthday gift.

It was always the first set I'd go to while doing any sort of study in school, and I'm excited to add it to my own collection. I also own the Zondervan Encyclopedia of the Bible and the International Standard Encyclopedia of the Bible. I use both often, but still prefer this New Interpreter's Dictionary set. It is an incredible reference material at an UNBEATABLE price! Well worth the cost.
