The format of the book is "coffee chat" type which helps in order to get quickly to the point. Some really good ideas and some outdated ones but still good to have

A fantastic book that helped our church tremendously. If you cherish sacred cows so much that you haven't tried anything new in awhile, this book is for you. This is the book that introduced me to Andy Stanley and Ed Young and it's a great introduction to the churches they pastor and the effective ministries that can come from this approach. Ed Young's comments on creativity were inspiring!
