that in mind, we have made a variety of ordering options available to our customers. You can order any of the products you find online at Christianbook.com by phone, mail, or fax. We will be happy to process

Absolutely! You can choose either a printed gift certificate sent U.S. Mail or an electronic gift certificate
speedily delivered to their e-mail address. You choose the dollar amount, the gift message and tell us where to send it and you're done!

6.4 What if I have an out-of-stock item in my order? |
|
Although we try our best to keep all of our items in stock, in some instances we must "backorder"
items. In most cases, we will be able to alert you that an item is out of stock at the time of your order. However, occasionally we don't know that an item is out of stock until the order is completely
processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we assure you that your credit card will not be charged for the item until it is shipped. You can cancel backordered items at any time
without worrying about credit card charges. We also will not charge you any additional shipping charges for backordered shipments. We base your shipping and handling charges on your total shipped order,
regardless of item availability. When you place an order, we will ship the in-stock items to you immediately. Backordered items will be mailed out as they become available. For these reasons we think
you'll agree that Christianbook.com has one of the most user-friendly backorder systems in the Christian retailing business! |

6.5 Can you special-order something for me? |

Christianbook.com is currently researching ways to offer an expanded selection of Christian products while
maintaining our trademark low prices and high quality. Until we determine the best way to accomplish this, we are unable to process any requests for items currently not available on our site. In the

6.6 How long does an item remain in my bookbag? |
|
If you access Christianbook.com from a PC that accepts "cookies" and place items in your bookbag, the system
will hold those items for up to six months or until you remove them from your bookbag. This will allow you to shop at your leisure, locating products over the course of a number of visits. However, if your
PC does not accept "cookies," once you log off the Christianbook.com site, the system will not be able to recognize you when you return for subsequent visits. In that case, you will find that you have an empty
bookbag every time you return to the site. If you would like to maximize the capabilities of your Christianbook.com bookbag, set your browser to accept "cookies" by altering its settings. |

6.7 Your catalog offers a free book with purchase. Can I get it online?
|

A number of the Christian Book Distributors catalogs offer free books with a minimum purchase of either $50 or
$75 (depending on the catalog), and we are happy to offer a similar service to our online customers at Christianbook.com. We have designed our system to give customers (who place a merchandise order of more than
$75) a choice of the free products currently advertised in our catalogs. Please note that our free book offers change periodically as various catalogs expire and new ones are mailed. |

Yes. If you order a minimum of $75 worth of products at Christianbook.com, you will be offered your choice
of a selection of free books. Please note, however, that the free book offers change periodically based on catalog promotions. |

6.9 How can I cancel all or part of an order? |
|
Because we try to process orders as quickly as possible, it is difficult to alter an order once it has begun
processing. If you place an order and shortly thereafter change your mind, try
e-mailing us
as soon as possible and we will let you know if we were able to comply with your request. If we are unable to catch your order, simply return any unwanted portion of the order and we will be happy to credit your account. Christianbook.com charges a five-percent sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Massachusetts;
otherwise we do not charge sales tax. |

Yes! When you complete an order online at Christianbook.com, you will be asked if you want any of the

6.12 When I'm filling out my order, what do I put in the space marked 'Catalog Number'?

If you have made use of a printed Christian Book Distributors catalog to help with your order process at
Christianbook.com, place the catalog number from the back of the catalog into the space provided for the catalog number. Otherwise just leave the space blank. The order system does not require the entry of a catalog
number to complete the order process. |

6.13 Are prices guaranteed? |
|
It's not uncommon for people to see a price on our site and say, "That's way too low, it can't possibly be correct!" 99.9%
of the time they're wrong and they're just looking at an example of one of our many rock-bottom, hard-to-believe prices (sometimes as much as 90% off retail!) However, it has
happened that we have displayed a price that is incorrect. In these rare instances we must reserve the right to not honor these mistakes as they are the computer equivalent of typographical errors. But, in the vast majority of cases, prices seen on our site are correct and trustworthy.
