 About the Sale

At Christian Book Distributors and Christianbook.com, we constantly need to clear out space in our warehouse to make room for our huge selection of brand-new Christian products. Since we have no retail stores, we usually only do business online at Christianbook.com and through our CBD catalog sales. However, on 3-4 occasions each year we open our warehouse doors to our customers and welcome them to shop through all the products we carry—at or below our already discounted catalog prices! You have to see it to believe it! Come along to the upcoming sale and stroll through our enormous warehouse. Choose from our wide selection of books, Bibles, computer software, pastoral resources, music, games, videos, inspirational gifts, and more. We assure you that you'll find the very best in Christian products at prices you simply won't believe!

And don't forget that while you're at the sale, you can look through our enormous selection of bargain items! You'll find tables and tables filled with thousands of "slightly bruised" and discontinued products priced at deep discounts. Choose from Bibles, books, sets, gifts, framed art, music, videos, and software! Be sure to arrive early, because at these prices the bargains move quickly!

Please Note: We guarantee our sale prices for the date of the sale only. To receive the sale prices, all purchases must be made in person. All sale items advertised in our flyer are expected to be in stock the day of the sale. Sometimes, however, items do sell out. If an advertised item is out of stock the day of the sale, we will ship the item to you (with no shipping charges) when new stock arrives. This applies only to customers who attend the sale.

 Tips to help you "survive the sale"

If you've never "survived a CBD sale" before, take a moment to read through the following list of suggestions that will help make your time at the warehouse sale more enjoyable.

  • Take a few minutes to jot down the titles AND stock numbers of the specific products that you want to locate at the sale. CBD staff at computer stations will then be able to quickly print out the warehouse locations of your books, saving you time and energy!   • Be sure to arrive early for the best selection of bargain books!
  • Bring your tax-exempt forms (ST2 and ST5) for us to document and file (if you haven't already).
  • Plan on spending the day. Eat a hearty breakfast, dress in layers, and wear comfortable shoes. Many folks find it easier to leave their little ones at home. Even though parents tend to think the warehouse is filled with "treasures," young children may find it pretty boring.
  • Make sure you bring along totes to help you carry your wonderful "finds" more easily.
  • Bring your sale flyer with you (if you received one). It will speed up your checkout!

 Directions to the Sale



From Route 128 North. Take Exit 28 in Peabody, north of Boston (Forest Street and Centennial Drive). Bear right as you exit the highway and then turn left onto Centennial Drive when you come to the stoplight at the bottom of the hill. When the road comes to a "T," turn right onto Summit Street. CBD is located 1/4 mile on the left. Look for our sign out front and park in our huge lot—but please don't park on the street! We're looking forward to seeing you!
