1. To Enter: No purchase or obligation necessary. The contest runs from February 2, 2006 to March 2, 2006. A Christian Book Distributors' customer can enter the contest by filling out the form on the website which includes name, address, phone and e-mail address. Online entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET March 2, 2006. Entries limited to one per e-mail address.
2. Drawing: On or about March 10, 2006, twenty random drawings from all entries received will be conducted by Christian Book Distributors, Inc.
3. Prize: Twenty random people will receive a copy of If I'm Waiting on God, Then What Am I
Doing In a Christian Chatroom?. The prizes will be shipped from Christian Book Distributors to the address provided on the entry forms. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $260. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prize permitted.
4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of the United States 14 years or older as of February 2, 2006. Void in Puerto Rico, Canada, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Christian Book Distributors, Inc. and Zondervan and their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of Sponsor as final.
5. Limitation of Liability: Sponsors (Christian Book Distributors, Inc. and Zondervan) are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of sweepstakes as determined by Sponsors at their sole discretion.
6. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner's name and any statements about the contest for publication purposes without any additional compensation.
