Meet John Trent

John Trent, Ph.D. is Chairman and CEO of Ministry Insights International. He has authored and co-authored many best-selling books, including The Blessing, The Two Sides of Love (Gold Medallion winner), LifeMapping, and Love for All Seasons. He has also written several books for children including The Treasure Tree, and its sequel, The Two Trails. Dr. Trent has been a featured guest on radio and television programs like Dr. Jim Dobson’s “Focus on the Family,” Dr. Charles Swindoll’s “Insight for Living,” and many, many more. Dr. Trent resides with his family in Scottsdale, Arizona.

His latest book, from Broadman & Holman Publishers, is Leading from Your Strengths. In this book, Dr. Trent teaches that the key to building strong, close-knit ministry teams is to learn how to integrate the different personality types. Leveraging on the strengths of each and blending them produces the most effective and efficient use of corporate talent and opportunity.
