Meet Elizabeth George

Elizabeth George is an author, teacher, and speaker whose mission in life is to teach women about the Bible in a way that will change their lives. She has written books for every age group—children, adolescents young adults, and adult women. Her books have sold over 4.5 million copies and currently, three of her books appear on the ECPA Bestseller lists: Finding God’s Path Through Your Trials (#33), A Young Woman After God’s Own Heart (#3 in the Young Adult category), and Young Woman’s Walk with God (#9 on ECPA Top 10 Bestsellers List in the Young Adult category, also winner of Christian Retailers Choice Award and finalist for 2007 ECPA Gold Medallion Award).

Her most recent books are Walking with the Women of the Bible: A Devotional Journey Through God’s Word, Following God with All Your Heart, and A Women After God’s Own Heart Bible Study: Ephesians.

Elizabeth has appeared on national radio and TV programs, including Coast to Coast, Worship, Among Friends, The Joy Program, and Haven of Rest.

Elizabeth and her husband, Jim, live on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington, and have two grown daughters, Katherine and Courtney, and seven grandchildren.
