I like it I am learning things too. I very much like going over phonics rules and writing them on our closet mirror (our whiteboard). I didn't know that in words like "boss" the second "s" was considered a silent letter. Fun for us. September 6, 2011

This program makes learning all the rules for phonics and reading really easy. I really like the teacher's manual and suggest that if you are going to purchase the Horizon's Phonics and Reading that you also make sure to invest in the complete set. It takes you step by step through every rule and the workbook for the children is actually fun. We are going to use the Horizon's program again next year. October 3, 2008
