I love this bible! It's just like a grown up bible. It actually has the books of the bible in it. In the past, I have bought bibles for my kids and they have turned out to be stories. This is a perfect transition for the kids before they move on to an adult bible. It's perfect and just what I was looking for!

This Bible is perfect for my 1st-3rd graders at church. I wanted them to be able to read and understand what they were reading. I believe this Bible is just what I've been looking for.

Great bible for my 7 year old daughter. She can use it for years to come. She love to find the different stories in her bible. The special pages are awesome. I would buy this blble for other children.

Awesome bible for my 7 year old daughter. She loves it. You can't beat the special features. It's a bible she can grow into and study with for years.

We really like this bible for children. It is the same version that we use for our Sunday School material. It is easy to read, colorful, and sturdy for little hands. The price is several dollars below the original price so we are able to by in bulk and charge the parents less.

I thought this would be an Illustrated Bible; a few illustrated PAGES within the TEXT does not an illustrated Bible make! It is a thick, heavy Bible for "at home" use perhaps. I am disappointed that Holman has published this using "Illustrated" as discription. This is a TEXT Bible, thick & heavy, a few pages of "study" . I sent this to my grandchildren and am disappointed in it as it actually is.

I bought this for my 6 year old granddaughter. She started reading last year and this is great for her. She can follow along in the service at church and it is at a level for her to understand. She gets very excited. I bought a cover for it she now goes to church with her own Bible.
