He encourages fellow worshipers from Malaysia to Australia, from South Africa to the United States, as a full-time staff member with Soul Survivor – a rapidly growing, international, faith-based, non-profit youth ministry. His key passion is to see other worship leaders trained, inspired and equipped, and for young believers to come to fullness in relationship with God through worship.
