This is a great history curriculum especially for kids that are dyslexic. It's very visual/tactile, which helps the information make sense.

Both of my kids would get bored reading history. This has made it so fun for both of them! They look forward to it! We supplement with some internet readings with the lesson we are working on.

This book is just right for my kids who need something hands on to do while I read to them.

Using this along with various library books, it has been a great unit study on the Pilgrims and Colonial life. The pages are reproducible so can be used with multiple children. Having their own journal or portfolio gives our children a boost of confidence and amplifies their interest in the subject studied. A good source for the price.

Love this product! Couldn't find anything we liked for history this year and we were just doing little unit studies on various odd things. And then we found history pockets!!! Love them! :D We are doing this one now and plan to do Native Americans in the new school year. :D
