Product Description

Roma. Persecución. Cristianos.

Set in 3rd century in Cartago, Saint Cyprian. Four stories intertwine to show various reactions: who preferred to sign before suffering, who suffered martyrdom by circumstances rather than by their conviction, who escaped before being arrested, who lived tormented by the martyrs of the past. Meet two women and two men, discover their struggles, secrets, doubts and threats in 250 A.D. Some of us might identify better with the lapses than with the martyrs, but even the lapses could renew their commitment to God.
