From beginning to end, Diana Johnson's book, High-School @ Home: You Can Do It! book and c.d., gives the reader a thorough understanding of what it takes to home school through high-school! With many parents concerned they might not have what it takes to continue when their children reach their latter years in school, this book gives them the knowledge and confidence that they can do it and exceed at it as well. I would highly recommend this book to anyone searching for help and answers to home schooling through high-school.

Leaf and Tree Classical Homeschool

You CAN do high school homeschooling with Diana Johnson's help! Diana is highly qualified to be your counselor--she is a former public school teacher, a veteran 20+ year homeschooler, and homeschool department manager for a retail bookstore. This book is constantly at my side as I plan for and teach my high school students. I have read through it twice and refer to it regularly for answers to questions like "How many hours should my student spend in a 1/2 credit course?" "What high school courses do colleges require for entrance?" "How and where do I get help to teach my teen math and science (NOT my specialty)?" and "What is the best writing (or other subject) curriculum available?" Even better, the book helps me organize the paperwork with planning and transcript forms on C.D. and advice on how to grade. If you have college bound students, Diana Johnson offers very reassuring advice on college choice and entrance. With her help, I am going through these exciting years with my teens MINUS the anxiety of the unknown!

This book is a goldmine of information. I found it to be a complete guide to classes, transcripts, college choices, dual credit, and so much more. Diana Johnson writes from such a personal point of view and you really know that she has done her research. I found out many things I did not know, and in the four years we have to homeschool our children, you want to do your best for each child.This book is friendly and not overwhelming at all. I find myself using it as a reference quite often.Also included are blank forms for transcripts and record-keeping and so much more.
