FINALLY! Something that works for me! I am a 48 year old wife and mother with very little time to work out. I know how important it is to stay in shape but I don't like so many of the other products out there that yell at you during the workout. This 1st DVD was so inspirational, helpful and Do-able!! I finished it feeling like I had done a great workout. It wasn't overly difficult and their kind words during the workout made me want to continue. I purchased Monday, Wednesday & Friday and have now done 2 weeks of workouts! I don't plan to quit anytime soon and will be purchasing the others shortly!
