We held an appreciation dinner for our local volunteer fire dept. The Bible was given to one individual (we held a drawing) as a token of our appreciation. The members of the department thought it was fantastic. The individual who received it was very appreciative. The only nagative comment I have is that it would be nice if it were a little larger. The print is small and a lot of volunteer firefighters are older - some even retired from other jobs.

One word - WOW!!! This will be our son's birthday gift and we are just so pleased with it. It is beautiful and manly enough even for him. He will be very proud to work with this bible as he grows as a Christian and as a firefighter. Thank you for having such an amazing bible.

This firefighter's Bible is very easy to understand and the "extra" letters, prayers, etc. are an encouragement to a firefighter. They need encouragement and this Bible certainly provides that. It is the perfect size for them to keep in a duffel bag or their locker. Very handy and well worth every penny.

This is the perfect bible for fire fighters. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my son who is a volunteer fire fighter and he really likes it. I would highly reccomend this bible.

I bought the Fire Fighter's Bible as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it! I also got his name monogrammed on the front cover as well which added an additional special touch. I am very happy with my purchase. The price was extremely reasonable and it shipped to my house surprisingly quickly. I was a little disappointed because I thought the Bible was a little bit bigger but I guess that is my fault for not double checking the dimensions. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is a beautiful Bible. I gave it to my husband,a 26 year veteran of firefighting, for Christmas 2008 and he was really touched by it to the point of tears. I didn't know such a thing existed until on a whim I typed Firefighter Bible into the Christianbook search engine. I highly recommend buying this Bible for a current or retired firefighter.

I am dating a Firefighter and as a Christian I have already become painfully aware that he carries around quite a bit of baggage from his profession in what he's seen in the field. His baggage includes responding to the scene of his very best friend’s car accident where he rode in the ambulance with him and held his hand…while he died. A friend of mine who’s husband works in the profession suggested this as a gift. When it arrived I was so excited. It’s the perfect, compact size for carrying to and from the station in his duffle bag. I had his name embossed in gold on the front cover and have tabbed it with gold lined tabs for him. It is the Christmas present I am most excited to give him.
