Dance Praise comes
Guitar Praise! You can grab the guitar and play along with some of Christian music's top bands. Pretend you're right there on stage with your favorite bands as you handle the guitar controller and play the notes they're playing. Or you can add your own unique sounds as you shred those riffs or blast the bass by using the whammy bar. Watch out, though--if you can't keep up, the artists stop and take a break, and you'll have to start all over!
You'll get a USB Guitar controller (requires 4 AA batteries that are not included), the CD-ROM Game, wireless adaptor, and guitar strap. To play, press the fret buttons and strum on the strum bar in time the color-coded cues as they scroll across the screen. If you tilt the guitar at the right time, you'll activate spinner bonuses for maximum points. There are 4 different levels, so beginners can start slowly, while experts will have their fingers flying as they use all 5 fret buttons while playing the chords and burning through the riffs!
Guitar Praise supports 2 guitar controllers so you can play alone or with a friend. Each player can play the same track, or one player can play lead and the other play bass. You can even send surprises to your opponent to mess with their playing. Keep score and earn enough points to get a new guitar with richer sounds and different effects. Best of all, this game has over 50 songs from some of today's top Christian artists like 12 Stones, tobyMac, Stellar Kart, Skillet, David Crowder, Hawk Nelson, Superchick, Caedmon's Call, Lincoln Brewster, Relienk K, Whitecross, and many more. The lyrics also display on the screen so that you and your audience can sing along as you play. Recommended for all ages.
Note: item ships in manufacturer's packaging.

Another example of "monkey see monkey do..." It never ceases to amaze me how so many 'Christians' today have so little discernment. The world doesn't need another cheap imitation of itself. When is "Praise idol" going to start airing on the cheezy religious TV stations? (for all I know, it's already on)

Such an awesome product it keeps the kids occupied for hours, without having to worry about lyric content.

I am very excited about this product. My children of all ages have played the game and like the fact that music they know is being used in the game. I could not stomach the content of the Guitar Hero when my nephew would bring it over. I ordered an expansion CD, which we are anxiously awaiting to arrive. Great alternative to the mainstream game. I only wish it was American Made...then it would be the full 5 stars I'd like to give to it!

I have completely changed my mind about this game. Although my kids had great fun playing it for the past few months, it has recently crashed and broken our computer (I am currently on my friend's computer), the guitar has broken and the creators will not provide any technical support whatsoever. We are going to have to spend over $500 on a new computer, all because of this game.
DO NOT BUY!!!

It is great. My 13 year old loves it.
We could not be happier with it.
I hope they come out with more songs for it.

This is an awesome product that both of my kids enjoy. Even more fun when you get a second guitar! Check out the videos to see if it is a fit for your family, youth group, or church.
Great job Digital Praise! Keep up the good work!

Kids are loving this game. The first guitar was defective, but CBD came through with another one that works fine.
The game itself is similar to other game console versions, this one just uses positive, encouraging and uplifting lyrics. It is computer based, so it is even more portable and flexible than other games.

I am sorry, but this item is not a very good value. The guitar is of very poor quality and the sellection of songs was not very good. My son, who purchased this item was very dissapointed in the guitar quality and the song sellection. He was hoping there would be more Rock and roll and not so much Hard Rock. He wants to experience the music and hear the words about God and Christian Faith. He decided only 12 of the songs interested him at all. this item was returned.
