Is something crucial missing from your church's programs? We know that the Holy Spirit is meant to guide and empower the church, but what does that really look like? In Growing the Church in the Power of the Holy Spirit, Brad Long, Cindy Strickler and Paul Stokes combine their many years of ministry experience with Biblical truths to help church leaders invite the work of the Holy Spirit into their congregations. Discover how to engage with the Spirit in the vital work of compassionate service, evangelistic outreach, godly governance, healing, worship, and disciple making.
This biblically grounded book asserts that many leaders overlook the necessary precondition of discerning and cooperating with the empowering will of the Holy Spirit before putting their programs and activities into action.
