They all three loved it! They loved solving the "mystery" in the book. The day they discovered who the thief was they were jumping-out-of-their-chairs excited. It was the one they wanted it to be! They are almost finished with it now and we are planning on going on to Greek for Children. They have mastered the alphabet very well after this book. We have used the song and the chants on their website and I have found flashcards and made a bingo game to help with review. I decided to start with this book to gauge their enthusiasm for Greek and that proved to be a good decision because this book gave them enthusiasm. They are excited to learn a language that they can use as their "secret code." I would definitely recommend this book, even if you have no plans to go any further in Greek studies. They now recognize Greek letters all around them and have had great fun with the book. They love reciting the Greek alphabet for family members and writing English words with Greek letters. This was great even for my reluctant learner. It is also a great value because all you need is one workbook per child, the answers are in the back so there is no Teacher's Manual needed.

My 12 yr and 8 yr old loved it. They sang the song everyday, and everyday we impressed ourselves! I remember learning Greek in 6th grade and liked it. But I don't remember it being as fun as this book made it. I would recommend this book.
