Grace in Africa, Volumes 1-3 3 5 3 3

It was okay I had waited for this series and had really hoped to have adventure and suspense mixed in with history. I found myself waiting for something to happen and then there would be a little bit of excitement and just as fast it was over. Now it was a great historical novel about slavery in Africa, England and America. But my preference is more adventure with ups and downs. And this novel was a really sad story that went down and did not come up for a very long time. April 23, 2013

Disappointed When I bought these books, I had read all the great reviews and so I was expecting an exciting adventure. Instead, I found myself struggling to get through the series. They were poorly written and although the story was adequate, I only finished reading them because I had bought them. December 14, 2012

Great Series! I'm enjoying this series very much. As the covers predict the insides is packed full of action. I'm going to check out this author further! November 24, 2011
