Wow, talk about stirring the fire for God's presence either back up or to higher heights. As I was reading, I could almost feel the impartation of what was written. My spiritman was practically standing up going, "yes, yes,". Often I give books to others after I have read them. Even though I may give copies away, I also plan on keeping one on hand so I can use it as one of the ways to "encourage myself in the Lord" in days to come.

This book is totally revamping the way I look at worship and its place in the life of a Christian and the Church. Tenney presents a well-researched, Scripturally-based discussion on the role of worship as GOD intended it and as He desires it to be. Definitely worth taking the time to read.

Wow, this is an incredible book that should be purchased for every worship leader and every person on a worship team! My husband and I are worship leaders and a friend on the team let us borrow this book. We are currently in the process of getting study material to do with the entire team. Thank you for this book Jesus!
