Highly recommended to anyone that has ever felt a bit uneasy about the absorption of American pop culture into Christianity, but can't quite figure out why. This book talks about popular culture in a fairly unique and very balanced perspective. Effective and convincing, it will cause you to re-examine your own views and approach to music and the the visual media. Gets a bit repetitive in the later chapters.
